Terms of Service

By using FieldTab ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
FieldTab is a job tracking and financial management tool for small field service businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Account
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google credentials secure. We do not store passwords.
3. Payment
FieldTab offers a free tier (up to 3 completed jobs) and a paid lifetime plan ($29 one-time). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Once purchased, your licence is permanent - there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
All sales are final. If the service stops working due to a bug on our end, we will fix it. Refund requests are considered case-by-case.
4. Your Data
You own your data. We store it on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, US/global edge). You can export all your data at any time as a CSV from the Settings page. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@fieldtab.app.
5. Availability
We aim to keep FieldTab available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
FieldTab is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. The total liability of FieldTab will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
Invoices and Tax Compliance: FieldTab provides invoice generation for operational convenience only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all invoices generated through the Service comply with your local tax laws, billing rules, and financial reporting requirements. FieldTab is not responsible for any tax liabilities or inaccuracies.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
