Privacy Policy

Short version: We collect only what we need to run FieldTab. We do not sell your data. You can export or delete everything at any time.
1. What We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name. We use your email as your account identifier - we do not store your Google password.
As you use the app, we store the data you enter: business name, client details, worker details, job records, expenses, and invoice information. This is your business data and you own it.
2. What We Don't Collect
- We do not track your behaviour with analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel)
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising
- We do not read the content of your job notes or client information
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the FieldTab service: displaying your dashboard, running your job list, generating invoices, and calculating profit. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
FieldTab runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite database) on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare is SOC 2 compliant.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment card details. Dodo Payments shares only your email address with us to activate your licence.
6. Cookies
We use a single, essential session cookie (ft_session) to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly and Secure - it cannot be accessed by JavaScript and is only sent over HTTPS. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
- Export: Download all your data as a CSV from Settings → Export data
- Deletion: Email support@fieldtab.app to request full deletion of your account and data
- Correction: You can edit all data you've entered directly within the app
8. Data Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove all your data within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of FieldTab after changes constitutes acceptance.
